You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Cypheus Ltd. use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Licensed (Registered) Copy

One licensed (registered) copy of Cypheus may either be used on a single computer (workstation) used nonsimultaneously by multiple people.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the International Copyright laws.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Cypheus Ltd. (hereby referred to as "the author") warrants that the program will perform in substantial compliance with the online documentation supplied with the software product. If a significant "bug" or defect in the product is found, the author may make a reasonable attempt to resolve/correct the "bug" or defect, however the author will in no way be obligated to resolve/correct the "bug" or defect.

The author offers this limited warranty on machines that are running any public release of Microsoft's Windows 95/98/NT 4/2000/XP. The author does not guarantee the product will work on future versions of Windows.

CYPHEUS LTD. (THE AUTHOR) DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE PROGRAM USER ASSUMES THE RISK OF PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Evaluation Period and Purchasing (Shareware Version)

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use Shareware Version of this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. The free evaluation period starts at the moment of installation of the software.
